1 1/2 pounds ground beef, lean
1/2 pound Italian sausage, casings removed
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 large onion, finely chopped
3 cloves minced garlic
2 large eggs
2 tsp oregano
2 tsp dry basil
1 - 1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 Tbsp vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º.
Combine all ingredients except oil in a large bowl. Mix with you hands until well combined.
Form mixture into 1 1/2 inch meatballs.
Place meatballs on a sheet pan lined with aluminum foil. Bake for 20-22 minutes or until lightly browned.
Add to Best Ever Marinara Sauce and simmer for 20 minutes.
