Ingredients:  
1 small to medium head of cabbage (shredded)
2 eggs
1/3 cup sugar
3 T. vinegar
1 T. hot butter

Directions:
Directions:
Boil cabbage in small amount of salted water about 10 minutes. Drain
Add 1 T. butter to hot cabbage. Beat eggs slightly and add vinegar and sugar.
Pour egg mixture over cabbage and cook over low heat about 2 minutes or until egg mixture is set.
