4 lbs (give or take) chuck roast
6 small or 3 large cans cream of mushroom soup
2 envelopes onion soup mix
½ to 2/3 c Heinz 57 steak sauce
Egg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pot roast and add to crock pot. Mix rest of ingredients in separate bowl and pour over top of pot roast. Cook on high 6-8 hours until it falls apart. Shred meat, trimming and discarding fat as you go.

Cook enough eggs noodles to fit in 9X13 baking dish. Cook to al dente stage. Add meat and cover with sauce. Can also be served over Grands biscuits or toast. Reheats well too!
