1/2 cup dried bread crumbs
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. minced fresh or dried parsley
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 cup milk
6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 1/2 pounds)
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Directions:

1. In a large re-sealable plastic bag, combine the first 5 ingredients.
2. Place milk in a shallow bowl. Dip chicken in milk, and then shake in the crumb mixture.
3. Place in a greased 13x9 inch baking dish. Combine the butter, garlic and lemon juice; drizzle over the chicken.
4. Bake uncovered, at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until the juices run clear.
