1 chicken (pieces)
1c. bisquick
2tsp. paprika
1tsp. salt
1/4tsp. pepper
1/2c. shortening
1/2c. butter (oleo)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Bisquick, paprika, salt & pepper in paper bag then add coated chicken & coat.
Melt shortening and butter together, lay chicken pieces in shortening mixture.

Bake at 425º for ¾ hr. with skin down then 15min. with skin up.
