Ingredients:  
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 500ml sour cream
1 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
2-3 cups of chopped broccoli ( cooked or steamed and drained)
1-2 cups of croutons
2 tbsp melted margarine
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix soup and sour cream together ,add salt & pepper
Chop up broccoli
Steam or cook broccoli until tender (drain well)
Mix broccoli,cheese and soup mixture together
Place in glass baking dish
Bake in oven @ 325ºuntil bubbly throughout
Toss croutons in melted margarine and place all over the top of casserole
just before removing from oven to serve so croutons will be toasty but not burnt

To add variety cauliflower may be added with the broccoli
