2 Quarts raw corn (about 1 dozen)
1 medium bunch celery
2 medium onions
3 sweet red peppers (seeded)
2 green peppers (seeded)
2 Cups vinegar
2 Cups sugar
1 Tablespoon salt
1 Tablespoon dry mustard
2 teaspoons tumeric
1/2 cup flour

Directions:

1. Cut corn off cob & measure

2. Grind or chop next 4 ingredient

3. Add 3 C water & cook until tender (about 20-30 minutes)

4. Drain, but save 2 C. liquid from vegetable

5. Add vinegar, sugar and spices to the vegetables. Mix flour with little liquid and add to remaining liquid. cook until thickened - stirring constantly

6. Put thickened mixture on vegetable and cook 20 minutes.

7. Put into clean HOT jars and adjust lids.

8. Process 15 minutes after water returns to boil.
