1/2 t. d'eau tiède
1/2 c. à thé de sucre
2 c. à thé de levure
4 c. à table de sucre
4 c. à table de graisse
1 c. à table de sel
3 t. d'eau tiède

Directions:
Directions:
Dans un bol séparé, incorporer à 1/2 t. d'eau tiède, la 1/2 c. à thé de sucre et les 2 c. à thé de levure, mettre de côté.
Mélanger tous les ingredients ensemble à la main dans un grand bol et laisser reposer 1h30 minutes.
Étendre sur une surface enfarinée et coupé en forme carrée avec un trou au centre
Cuire dans une marmite de graisse très chaude.
