12 Graham Crackers crumbled
4 oz Butter melted
1 cup Sugar
4 Eggs separated
1 tsp Vanilla extract
12 oz Cream Cheese
1 pint Sour Cream
3 tbsp Sugar
4 drops Almond extract
Cinnamon dusting

Directions:
Directions:
Blend Cracker crumbs, melted Butter, and 1/2 cup Sugar. Pack into bottom of 10" spring form pan. Blend Egg Yolks, 1/2 cup Sugar, Vanilla, and Cream Cheese in electric mixer. Beat Egg Whites and fold in. Pour into shell and bake 30 minutes at 375º. Remove from oven and cool for 1 hour. Mix Sour Cream, 3 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp Vanilla and Almond extract. Dust with Cinnamon and bake 30 minutes at 375º. Once cooled, put in refrigerator until ready to serve.

NOTE: In addition ... Can use filling for 2 Graham Cracker pies.Top with Sour Cream and chill. When serving, spread with fruit filling. Can be frozen before cutting into pieces.
