6 and 1/2 chicken breasts with bones and skin
Optional: Turkey necks and backs with bones and skin
Celery
Carrots
Chicken base to taste
6 quarts water
Noodles (Kluski) 3 bags
Corn (as much as you desire)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken and turkey parts and vegetables till it is falling off the bone (about an hour). When done, remove meat to a pan to cool. Add noodles (about three bags or 1 and 1/2 pounds. Cook for 30 minutes then add corn and cook 10 more minutes. Add back meat.

Grandma used whole or cream style corn and Kluskie noodles. Pretty sure she used frozen whole corn and canned and creamed corn. She loved her soup base.

You can use the same recipe for Chicken Corn Rivel Soup. Rivels are just flour and eggs tossed together and dropped into boiling broth.
