1 can medium size crushed pineapple
1 can flake coconut or fresh coconun
1 box yellow cake mix
1 cup broken pecan pieces
1 ½ sticks butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 º. Use large oblong cake pan. Do not grease. The ingreadients are dumped one on top of the other in the pan. DO NOT MIX.

Pour the entire can of pineapple with juice into the pan; place coconut on top of pineapple. Sprinkle with the box of cake mix. Slice butter into small patties and arrange over all. Push the pecans into mix to cover but not to bottom. Bake for 45 minutes until crust is golden brown. Delicious topped with ice cream.
