1 lb. gound beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can of diced tomatoes with basil
oregano and garlic
ketchup
brown sugar
parmesan cheese
1 cup of cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Cut tops of peppers off and dice the usable parts around the stem.
Clean peppers of all seeds.
*You can boil peppers at this time to take their strength away.
Brown ground beef with onion and bits of diced pepper.
Drain.
Stir in 1 can of tomatoes.
Add ketchup and brown sugar to taste. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Stir in the cooked rice.
Stuff pepper with mixture and top with additional parmesan cheese.
Bake until meat mixture is cooked through.
