400g green lentils
2 yellow peppers
0.5 onion
2 cloves garlic
2 carrots
1 big can of diced tomatoes
rosemary, thyme, basil, crushed hot red peppers, cumin, gram masala, salt, pepper, sugar, oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. rinse, soak and cook lentils until well done
2. saute onions, carrots, yellow peppers and pressed garlic until soft
3. add diced tomatoes and spices, cook for a few minutes
4. add cooked lentils
5. serve with rice
