15 – 20 tomatoes
2 chopped green peppers
2 medium chopped onions
1 cup corn
1 cup of black beans (rinsed)
1/2 cup of white vinegar

Salt and/or pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
chop all items into a large size bowl and then add the vinegar and the olive oil. Stir with large spoon bringing the liquid Onions and green peppers can be added according to taste. Sprinkle a little salt and black pepper to taste (black pepper not used for the field day’s salsa.
Servings: 20 – 30 (if there are other foods being served)
The nice thing is that it is all fresh and healthy.
