1 (9oz.) pkg. refrigerated cheese-filled tortellini
1 (14oz.) can quartered artichoke hearts, drained
1 (6oz.) can pitted ripe olives, drained
1 (8oz.) pkg. thinly sliced pepperoni
1 (8oz.) bottle reduced-fat Parmesan Italian dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Cook tortellini according to directions, omitting salt. Drain and cool.
Thread tortellini and next 3 ingredients onto 25 (6") wooden skewers.
Place in a 13x9x2 dish, drizzle with dressing, turning once.
Cover and chill at least 4 hours. Drain before serving.
