1 stick of butter
1 bunch (5-6) green onions, chopped
¼ c. flour
1 lb. crawfish tails
1 (4oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (8oz.) carton sour cream
Salt, red pepper, Tabasco® and Worcestershire sauce, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Put ½ of butter in large frying pan; sauté onions. Add flour, and stir for 5 minutes; set aside. Cook crawfish in remaining butter, about 7 minutes.
Combine all ingredients, mix well and serve hot, with Fritos®
