8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
16 oz. sour cream
2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
4-5 green onions, sliced
4 oz. cooked bacon, crumbled (can use bag of Hormel® cooked bacon)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and bake at 350ºF for 20 minutes.
Serve with Ruffles® potato chips.

There are no potatoes in this dip but you sure can't tell that! Served during annual Rockport Shrimp Boil.
