2 to 4 5-oz Salmon steak fillets (skinned)
Your Favorite Rub or just use a combination of any or all of your favorite spices - e.g. Dill, Garlic powder, black pepper, etc.

Juice of one Lemon
4 Lemon-peel wedges

Liberally apply rub to salmon. Wrap in a plastic bag and refrigerate up to 8 hours.

Using a grill pan (for grill marks) heat on stove-top to medium-high. Pan fry on one side for 3 minutes. Turn, squeeze on lemon juice. Continue to pan fry for additional 3 minutes MAX.

Remove from pan and garnish with lemon-peel wedges.
