6 – 10 Chicken Wings
1 cup – Hot Sauce (optional)
Garlic Powder
Salt & Pepper
Butter or Margerine (approx 2-3 tbsp)

Optional: Marinate wings in hot sauce and refrigerate over-nite.

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º.

Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Lay out wings (tips up) on the sheet.

Sprinkle generously with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Turn over wings (tips down) and repeat sprinkle process. Place a pat of butter or margarine on each wing.

Bake in oven for approximately one hour until crispy brown.
