-2/3 C hot water
-2 TBSP butter
-2 C Stove Top chicken flavor stuffing mix
-1 can 8 1/4 oz crushed pineapple in syrup
-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts halves [pounded 1/4 in thick
-2 TBSP brown sugar
-1 TBSP vinegar
-1/4 teas. ground ginger

-Heat oven to 400
-Mix hot water and butter in bowl.
-Stir in stuffing mix, half the pineapple and syrup.
-Spoon stuffing evenly on chicken breasts, roll tightly, secure with toothpicks
-Place in 9 in square pan-dish or a 7X11 dish.
-Place any remaining stuffing in center
-Mix remaining pineapple and syrup, brown sugar, vinegar and ginger and
spoon over the chicken.
-Bake 30-40 min or until chicken is done.
-We served with either rice or mashed potatoes.
-Cover lightly with foil 1st 20 min then remove

He found this one and tried it one day while I was volunteering and it was ready for dinner when I returned home. We really liked it and made it many times thereafter for ourselves and guests
