2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup "Baco's"
2 Tbl. sherry or white wine
1 cup chopped onions
2 cups mayo
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
Pepperidge Farm Rye Rounds

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together with spoon. Put generous amount of mixture on top of Pepperidge Farm Rye Rounds. Top each with a fresh mushroom slice. Broil.
Watch closely so they don't burn.I would even consider using my own cooked bacon or turkey bacon crisps for this.

You can substitute other types of bread rounds for the rye. Just make sure you keep an eye on the broiler.These guys cook fast! A really easy and quick appetizer!
