Ingredients:  
2 lbs chicken breast, cut into strips
Various vegetables, bite size pieces
2 tsp oil for frying

Mix together in a bowl:
1/2 pint apricot preserves
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 Tbsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
2 Tbsp liquid aminos or soy sauce
1 tsp grated ginger
2 Tbsp stone ground mustard or dijon mustard

Directions:
In a dry wok or large skillet, toast sesame seeds until golden brown. Transfer to sauce bowl. Add oil to wok, stir-fry chicken until done. Add vegetables, stir fry until vegetables are tender. Add sauce, stir and cook until heated through.
