1 1/3 C Oats
8 T Butter
1 Large Onion, chopped
3 Large Garlic Cloves
2 Large Tomatoes, skinned and chopped
6 C Chicken Broth
1 tsp. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Toast oats until light brown, stirring all the time. Put in a bowl. Brown onions in melted butter. Add garlic, tomatoes and the rest of the ingredients. Bring to a boil. Add oats and boils for six minutes.
