3 lbs of butternut squash peeled, seeded and cubed.
3/4 c. Milk
6 T butter
3 Eggs beaten
1/2 t vanilla
3/4 c sugar
3 T flour
1/2 t cinnamon
1/8 t ground cloves
1/8 t nutmeg
Topping:
15 vanilla wafer cookies
1/4 c brown suger
2 T butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place squash in large pan bring to a boil, cover and cook until tender. Drain and place in a mixing bowl, beat until smooth. Add milk, butter, eggs, vanilla and rest of ingredients. Transfer to a grease 2 qt. baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 for 45 min. Make topping and sprinkle over dish 10 before pulling out of oven.
