2c flour
1tsp baking soda
1/2tsp salt

1/2c=1 stick butter or Mrs.. Filbert’s vegetable oil spread.
1-1/2c sugar

2 eggs
1tsp vanilla

1/3c milk

2 ripe bananas, mashed (about 1-1/2 cups)
1/2c chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º Grease a 9x5x3 in loaf pan
In a medium bowl, combine 1st 3 dry ingredients. Set aside
In large bowl, with electric mixer, beat butter/spread and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla until blended, scraping sides occasionally. Alternately add flour mixture with milk just until blended, beginning and ending with flour mixture. Stir in bananas and walnuts. Spoon batter into prepared pan.

Bake 1 hour 20 minutes.
Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes. remove from pan and cool completely.©
