1lb or so, Chicken Breast cut into 1” cubes
2 Eggs
1/2c Water
1/2c Milk
2Tbsp Honey

1tsp Baking Powder
1/2tsp Baking Soda
1c Flour
1 1/2tsp Salt
1/2tsp garlic powder, onion powder,paprika
1tsp Poultry Seasoning Tbsp Honey

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil to frying temperature. 375 Can use a heavy pan or deep fryer. Make sure you can cover at least half the nugget in the pan.
Combine the wet ingredients, beating eggs well
Combine the dry ingredients. Add to the wet ingredients.
Dip each nugget in the mixture.
Drop in the hot oil. May have to turn if using a pan. Lightly brown outside and check to see if not pink in the middle. Not sure of the timing! I didn’t write it down. Nor the oil temperature.

Our favorite restaurant for chicken nuggets is Pete and Henry’s in Royalston, MA. I have tried to replicate their recipe and have come close. I hope to remember to make them before this goes to print to add the temps and time to recipe. Otherwise you will have to guess!
