2c flour
pinch of salt
1tsp Cinnamon
1tsp Baking Soda

3/4c Crisco Oil
1c Sugar
2 Eggs

2tsp Vanilla
1/2c Chocolate chips
1/2c Nuts of your choice
3c sliced fresh Apples

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Sift together, in a small bowl, flour, salt, cinnamon and baking soda. Set aside.
Using a wooden spoon, mix oil, sugar and eggs in a large bowl. Add vanilla, chocolate and nuts stir well. Add flour mixture and apples alternating them with the oil mixture. It will be very thick.
Pour into a 9x9 pan. Bake 1 hour.
