1/2lb ground beef
1/2lb ground sausage or turkey
2 eggs
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2c bread crumbs
8 Ritz or Saltine crackers
1c Finely chopped mushrooms, onions and/or peppers
Chives, Basil, Garlic salt, pepper, salt or any preferred herbs.

Pre heat oven to 425º
Combine all. Best way to mix is with your hands. Take off those rings and get to it. Damp hands will help the meat to not stick to you as much.
Bake for 1-1/2 hours. checking after 1 hour.

Bill does not like tomato in his meatloaf so there is none in this recipe. I still vary my meatloaf depending on what I have on hand, Sometimes I will use lipton onion soup mix and adjust onions and herbs. I also chopped veggies small.
