5-6 oz shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 lb crumbled,cooked bacon or sausage
7 Eggs
2c milk
6-8 slices of bread with crust cut off.

Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 350º
Butter 9x13 pan.
Butter both sides of bread slices
Line pan with bread.
Sprinkle with bacon or sausage
Combine eggs and milk. Pour over bread.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Let sit overnight.
Bake for 35 minutes or until puffed and brown.

This breakfast dish came from a co worker when I drove bus in Winchendon. Her name was Merrily Campbell. She would serve it on Christmas or Easter morning. It was a quick breakfast that was ready to pop in the oven when you get up.
