2 cups tomatoes, diced small
1 cup cucumber, peeled and diced small
3 stalks celery, diced small
2 ears corn kernels, boiled for 7 minutes
3 banana peppers, finely diced
3/4 cup sweet onion, diced small
1/4 cup fresh sweet basil, cut small
5 cloves garlic, pressed
5 cups tomato juice
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/2 tablespoon Worchestershire sauce
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 lime, juiced
Garlic salt, to taste
Ground black pepper, to taste
Hot sauce, to taste

Optional garnishes:
Croutons
Parsley
Spring onions
Avocado slices

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first eight ingredients in a large bowl.

Add the tomato juice and the rest of the ingredients, mix together well. Chill for several hours so that the flavors have time to develop.

Once you are ready to serve, add garnishes of choice. Serve immediately. The colder this gazpacho is, the better. This soup keeps for several days in a nonreactive container.
