1 can - 20 ounce, pineapple chunks
1/2 cup sugar
2 tBsp. cornstarch
1/3 cup orange juice
1 tBsp. lemon juice
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
3-4 medium apples, chopped
2-3 medium bananas

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple, reserving 3/4 cup of the juice. In large saucepan. combine sugar and cornstarch. Whisk in the pineapple,orange & lemon juices until smooth. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Remove from the heat and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine fruit and pour warm sauce over it. Stir gently to coat.

Cover & refrigerate.
