1 pound ground beef
1/2 ground pork
2 c.dried bread crumbs
1 beaten egg
1/2 cup milk, as needed to bind everything together
1 tsp. onion powder
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. sage
1/4 cup shredded cheese

Directions:

Mix everything together thoroughly. Spray a rectangular cake pan (metal or glass). Form a loaf shape in the pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Spread Ketchup over the top of the loaf and put back in the oven for 10 minutes or until meat thermometer fork shows done.
