4 Cups flour
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 Cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp butter
1 Cup milk
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
combine first 6 ingredients in a mixing bowl
rub in butter with fingers
add beaten egg and milk stir to combine
on a floured surface roll out dough to 1 inch thick cut donuts and fry in hot oil
