Ingredients:
Ingredients:
12 oz. tomato-based chili sauce
1 (14 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
27 oz. Bavarian-style sauerkraut, undrained
1 c. water
1 c. packed brown sugar
1 (16oz.) pkg. frozen meatballs

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium size mixing bowl, combine chili sauce, cranberry sauce, sauerkraut, water and brown sugar. Mix well. Put meatballs in a slow cooker and stir in the sauce. Cook, covered at a medium temperature for 4 hours. Stir occasionally to coat meatballs. I make my own homemade meatballs instead of the frozen ones. Also, I cut the brown sugar and sauerkraut in half.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I found this recipe online, when I was invited to the Dannecker's annual Wurst Fest. It was so good I have made it many times. This is a nice twist to your stand-by appetizer recipe. Best of all, just throw everything in the slow cooker & walk away.
