½ lb. twist pasta
2 cups mayonnaise
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
¼ tsp. black pepper
1 can (12 oz.) tuna, drained and flaked
1 - 10 oz. pkg. frozen peas, thawed
2 ribs of celery, thinly sliced
½ small bermuda onion, chopped fine
1 Tbsp. dried dill weed

Directions:

Cook the pasta according to directions, drain, rinse, and drain again. Combine the mayonnaise, vinegar, and pepper; mix well. Add the pasta and the remaining ingredients. Toss until well-mixed; cover, and chill for at least 2 hours before serving. Can be made with chicken as well.
