2 packages (8 oz.) of softened cream cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 lb fresh crab meat
1 lb bay shrimp
1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped artichoke hearts (marinated in jar, drain)
1 bunch green onions (thinly sliced
1 T fresh dill weed, chopped
Top with grated parmesan cheese

Directions:

Mix all of the ingredients together and pour into a shallow baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees, then broil for 2-3 minutes until cheese is bubbly and brown.
