Ingredients:  
1/2 cup of unsalted melted butter
1 16oz. can of whole kernel corn, undrained
1 16oz. can of creamed corn
1 8 oz. of sour cream
1 tiny can of diced green chiles drained(found in the Mexican food section of the store)
1 cup grated cheese of your choice (I used the 2% cheddar, shredded) I have added more at times.
1 pkg. (8 oz.) corn muffin mix
Vegetable cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, add whole kernel corn, cream style corn, sour cream, green chiles, grated cheese, and corn muffin mix.
Stir until well blended. Place in an oblong baking dish, approximately 8X11 inches that has been sprayed with a nonstick vegetable spray.
Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes. Check so it doesn't brown too much on top. It comes out more like a casserole dish than a bread.
