8 medium Idaho baking potatoes, baked
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sour cream
2 t. salt
1/2 t. white pepper
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Cut tops from potatoes. Gently scoop meat from potatoes and place in mixing bowl. Add all ingredients except paprika and mix in mixer. If too thick, add milk. Refill shells and sprinkle with paprika and melted butter. Reheat until lightly brown and hot. These can be prepared weeks ahead and frozen until ready to use. Thaw before reheating.
