3 C hashbrowns thaw & squeeze dry
1 T butter melted
1/4 C Parmesan cheese grated
1 C milk
4 eggs
1 C shredded cheese cheddar or Monterey jack
1/4 lb cooked breakfast meat (sausage, bacon,or ham)


Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º grease pie pan
combine potatoes,parm cheese, & butter
press in pie pan to form crust
bake 20-25 minutes until golden brown
Remove from oven & COOL
reduce oven to 350º
combine eggs,milk,cheese,meat salt & pepper
pour into potato crust about 25 minutes until center is set & puffed light brown
let set 10 minutes before serving
