1 c. half & half
2 eggs
1/3 c. flour
12 oz. can whole green chilis
1/2 lb. Jack cheese, grated
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 8 oz. can Tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Split chilis and grate cheese. Beat half and half, eggs and flour together. In casserole dish, layer egg mixture then cheese then chili until full. Pour tomato sauce over the top and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 40 to 60 minutes covered at 350 degrees. Uncover and bake 10 to 20 minutes until crispy.

This is a very good recipe. It makes a great side dish when you are preparing a Mexican meal. I like to serve it with chili verde' because the sauce from the chili verde' meat is excellent on top of this casserole. Add chicken tacos, and the meal is complete.
