1 lb. pork spicy sausage (or regular if you don't like the hot)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup of Hidden Valley ranch dressing
5 packages of frozen mini phyllo shells

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Cook sausage in a large skillet, stirring until it crumbles and is no longer pink. Drain.

3. Combine the sausage, cheese and ranch dressing in a large bowl. Fill each phyllo shell with a heaping teaspoon of the sausage mixture. (Freeze at this point, if desired).

4. When ready to serve, microwave for 1-2 minutes until cheese melts (a bit longer if baking frozen tarts).
