FOR SALMON:
1 salmon filet
2 tbsp Franks Red Hot Sweet Chili sauce

FOR RICE:
2 cups brown rice
2 1/2 cups water
1 can coconut milk
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. Baste salmon with chili sauce. Cook for 10 min or until desired doneness.
For rice: wash and drain.
Bring water, coconut milk, and salt to a boil
Add rice. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 45 min or until cooked.
