4 cups flour
1 T. salt
2 cups butter flavored Crisco
1+ cup water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Put first three ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
2. Use a pastry blender to cut Crisco into flour to the size of peas.
3. Add water and mix well. If more water is needed, add a few drops at a time until dough is will stay together but isn’t sticky.
4. Once you roll out your dough, handle as little as possible. The more you roll and reroll dough, the less flaky it will be.
