3-4 lb. boneless chuck roast
2 t. Salt
1 1/2 t. Pepper
1/4 c. Flour
3 T. Oil
6 T. Butter
8-12 peperoncini
2 T. Mayo
2 t. Apple cider vinegar
1/2 t. Herbs dried
1/4 t. Paprika
1 t. Buttermilk
Fresh chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Rub meat with salt and pepper, then massage flour in.
Heat oil and brown meat on all sides to create a crust.
Slow cooker, add butter and peppers.
Set to low.
Combine mayo, vinegar, herbs, paprika and mix. Add buttermilk and whisk.
Add dressing to meat and cook 6-8 hours low.
Shred meat with forks and mix with gravy.
Garnish with parsley and serve with noodles, roast potatoes, or sandwich rolls.
