Ingredients:
Ingredients:
I jar of Island Teriyaki sauce (Yaki Yaki)
1 - 2 lb ground beef
1 package of pepper jack cheese, chop into small cubes
Italian bread crumbs
Onions, sliced for grilling
Olive Oil
Pineapple (rings in a can)
Salt & Pepper

Pub style buns

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ground beef, teriyaki sauce, cubed pepper jack cheese together. Lightly add salt and pepper to taste. Add 1/2 to whole jar of teriyaki sauce to mix (hands works best). Add bread crumbs until mixture holds together (so it's not so wet). Form into 2-3" size patties for grilling.

Add oil olive and onions to a small fry pan to grill onions over medium heat, until softened and slightly browned.

Grill beef patties on grill until desired wellness. Since burgers are slightly thicker they may require grilling 8-10 minutes, then flip and brown other side.
Butter buns and toast on grill while burgers are resting away from heat to retain juices.

Assemble burgers: Bun, patty, pineapple ring then grilled onions. You can serve with additional condiments like ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, pickles, but I wouldn't recommend it. These are so flavorful on their own.
