110 gr butter
¾ cup sugar
2 eggs beaten well
1 cup SR Flour
1 tablespoon cocoa
2 tablespoon coconut
½ cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Add milk to coconut and soak until milk is absorbed into coconut
Beat sugar and butter to a cream, add eggs and beat well
Add coconut mix
Sift flour, cocoa and salt and mix into mixture
Ice with chocolate icing or just sprinkle with icing sugar when cool
