5+ cloves of chopped garlic
1 T. cooking oil
4+ sliced potatoes
8+ coarsely chopped bell peppers
8+ chopped Polish or Italian sausage

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a roasting pan put 5+ cloves of chopped garlic and 1 Tablespoon of oil. Bake at 350 for about 5 minutes or until garlic has started turning golden.
2. Add sliced potatoes. Bake for 15 minutes.
3. Add coarsely chopped bell peppers, and chopped Italian sausage or Polish sausage.
4. Bake at 350 for another 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally. Salt and pepper to taste.
For crispier vegetables and potatoes, keep the roasting pan uncovered.
