125 gr Butter
¾ cup Caster sugar
2 eggs
Salt
¼ Cup milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Topping
180 gr Butter
150 of Brown Sugar
80 ml Cream
1 cup Shredded Coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Cake
Preheat oven at 170 Celcius
Butter, flour and line base of 27cm baking tin
Cream butter and sugar, beat until light
Beat in 2 eggs
Sift flour and salt
Add flour and combined milk and vanilla (Alternating each)
Spoon mixture into tin and bake in centre shelf for 30 – 35 mins

Topping
Melt butter over low heat,
Add sugar and cream and stir until sugar dissolves
Add coconut and toss until coconut covered
Spoon mixture over slightly cooled cake
Return to oven for about 10 mins or until coconut is crisp and golden
