2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp baking powder
11/3 cups sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sour milk or buttermilk
1 cup mashed bananas
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º. Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and sugar. In large bowl, stir butter until softened. Add dry ingredients. Add milk and bananas. Mix until flour is dampened. Beat 2 minutes at low speed. Add eggs, vanilla and nuts. Beat 1 more minute. Pour into greased pans. 9X13 for cake, 2 loaf pans for bread. Bake 45 to 60 minutes. Frost cake if you want.
