2 cups cornmeal
1/2 cup butter milk + 1/4 cup water
1 chopped green pepper
1/2 cup oil
1 can cream style corn
2 eggs
2 tbsp. chopped jalapeno peppers
1 tbsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Put half of mixture in a 9 x 13 pan. Lay slices of cheese ( cheddar or american) on top.Pour in remaining mixture. Bake in preheated oven 350 degrees, for 35 to 40 minutes or until done. Cut into squares.
